Pethatic hotel, not worthwhile service. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor service and respect towards in-house guests. Basic hospitality manners are missing. Food is served cold. Please do not visit this property to anyone in my circle.

The worst hotel with the High rates, come across with the services which was poor, Hospitality was really not upto to the mark. Recommending not to have a plan for Any working or non working traveller. Personally felt so much of follow up for just simple things to deliver, staff is also not good.

i stayed for 4 nights march 23 - march 26. i was shifted to 3 rooms. and yet did not clear the issue. first room - AC did not work and in this summer with child. we couldnt sleep peacefully. second room - it was smelling, so i stepped out in 5 mins. third room - hotel staffs were staying above the room, they kept making noise, repeatedly. i complained 7 times and yet they did not stop. i hardly slept for 3 hrs that night. next day, i just got a standard corporate reply from the manager 'sorry for the inconvenice caused' honestly, i have travelled a lot but never ever faced such issues.. i want to give 0 stars but thats not showing up, so forced to give 1 star.....
